1928 Picture Post Card (115-MENTON-Le Vieille Ville-LL) franked with pair of 25 cents cancelled Cap Martin, France 2-2 28. Underpaid and in London marked 1d I.S. E – there are no French notations. The correct rate from France to Ireland had been 75 cents and the card was handled correct. Postage due 1d paid with Sc. #J2 in Dublin 7A 5 FE.
